We know how disappointing our delayed opening has been for those in the local community who were hoping to join us. As a Trust we have been working with Liverpool Council and the Department for Education to ensure this doesn't happen again. We have already had good news in terms of planning permissions being granted and purchases of neighbouring sites being exchanged. King’s Wavertree will shortly be accepting applications for Year 7 pupils for the 2025/26 academic year. As a new secondary free school that is awaiting signing of our funding agreement, we have the unique opportunity to manage our own admissions process during our first year of operation. The information below will help guide you through this process.
In the new academic year we will be hosting a series of Information Events at Wavertree Town Hall. These will be held between 1830 - 1930 on the following dates;
